How to prevent heart disease
Doctors have known how to prevent heart disease, or at least postpone it, for a very long time. Some in the medical community say that if their advice was followed then most people could live well into their 100's. These generalizations are fine but as individuals we need to know the road to follow for avoiding heart disease for ourselves, by taking a personal approach.
It's comon sense to take an interest in our health both now and in the future and a reasonable question to ask is what is my heart risk. The internet is full of good advice but we probably knew these general guidelines anyway.
Prevent and reverse heart disease is our goal
By becoming a My Heart Risk user you are treated as an individual, you tell us about you personally and in that way we can help you with not only a personalized response but together we form a partnership going forward to prevent heart disease by following the road to improved health and longevity. |
