1.  Heart risk assessment charting risk by age

This heart disease chart shows cardiovascular risk at the user's current age and for each of the next 10 years up to 30 years or 90 years of age. In this example the user is 39 years of age.  The risk is shown as a percentage and this is banded into levels of severity.  The dotted line is the average or population heart disease risk for the same gender as the user.

The column is made up of two parts colored blue and gold.  The blue part is the risk from the user's family history which cannot be changed and the gold part is the risk from lifestyle and health conditions which is modifiable.

2.  Heart risk assessment charting by proportion

This pie chart shows the user's total risk divided into the proportions from each of the risk factors.  This example shows the risk from the user's family history is 22% of the total risk.  The user's lifestyle contributes 36% to the total risk.

3.  Heart risk assessment chart of population risk

This chart gives another comparison of the user's risk against the average or population risk for the same gender.
